1. The service
PaidFlow provides invoice approval, delivery, reminder, collection, and reporting workflows for service businesses. PaidFlow is not a bank, payment processor, law firm, tax adviser, or accounting system of record.
2. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate team roles, and all activity performed through your organization. You must promptly remove access for people who no longer need it.
3. Customer data and client communications
You retain ownership of customer data. You authorize PaidFlow to process that data only to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload client details, send communications, and issue invoices.
4. Payments and third parties
Subscription billing may be provided by Stripe. Agency invoice payments may use bank transfer, external links, or an agency-connected Stripe account. Third-party services have separate terms. PaidFlow does not guarantee recovery, settlement timing, or payment success.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, or unlawful debt collection.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not send communications that violate consent, privacy, or anti-spam rules.
6. Fees, cancellation, and data access
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Changes take effect as described during checkout. Displayed plan prices exclude VAT and similar indirect taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. If your subscription ends, you may retain read and export access for a limited period while new paid features are restricted.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PaidFlow disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the PaidFlow contact page. Governing-law and business-address details should be updated in the centralized brand configuration before launch.
